My last experience in STALKER was MISERY 2.1 and I LOVED it it probably one of my best experiences in the STALKER game (when it wasn't stuttering or crashing that is). It seems the current generation of mods are all huge sandbox, akin to Anomaly as mentioned above. The girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Pripyat and Chernobyl in October so it's only fitting I reinstall the games to show her what originally sparked my interest in 'The Zone'. MookJong, it's a strange coincidence you posted here today look at the post gap! 7 years between yours and the post immediately before it, and yet we both come to the same thread to ask for mod recommendations on the same day! I'm coming back to STALKER after a long hiatus.
